Android™ zero-touch enrollment
We register the company phones and tablets you buy from us for zero-touch enrollment. When first switched on, each device connects to your device management system (EMM) and sets itself up without manual work.
What zero-touch enrollment is
Zero-touch enrollment is a Google service for deploying company Android devices at scale. The reseller registers the devices to the customer's zero-touch account. In the zero-touch portal, the customer chooses which device management system (EMM) and which configuration the devices receive.
When switched on and connected to the internet, each device enrolls itself as a fully managed device. Users do not have to set anything up, and a factory reset does not remove the device from management.
How deployment works
- Inquiry: we find out the number and type of devices and the EMM you use.
- Zero-touch account: we create a customer account for you in the zero-touch portal, or use your existing one.
- Purchase and registration: we register the devices you buy from us to your account.
- Configuration: in the zero-touch portal, you assign your EMM configuration to the devices. We help you set it up.
- Switch-on: when switched on and connected to a network, each device enrolls itself.
Devices and device management
We register RugGear, i.safe MOBILE and ecom by Pepperl+Fuchs devices that you buy from us. Zero-touch enrollment works with device management systems (EMMs) that support it. You can connect the devices to our apki MDM service or to another vendor's EMM.

On request, based on the number and type of devices. Zero-touch enrollment may be subject to reseller fees in certain countries.
Device management: apki MDM
apki MDM is our service for managing company phones, rugged terminals and kiosks from a single console, built on Android Enterprise. It manages fully managed devices and dedicated devices in kiosk mode, apps from Managed Google Play, security, system updates and remote commands. The portal runs in a data center in the Czech Republic.
You can set up devices registered for zero-touch enrollment to enroll in apki MDM as soon as they are switched on. The apki MDM page describes the service in detail; send your inquiry the same way as for zero-touch enrollment.
