Request to delete the TOUCHGUARD user account

Use this form to request deletion of your TouchGuard account, or only of your data from the app.

What happens after you send it

Your TouchGuard account is set up by your organization (your employer or client), which decides about the operational data. We will handle your request with them without undue delay, within one month at the latest, and reply to the e-mail you enter.

  • Data stored on the phone is deleted when you uninstall the app.
  • Records on the server (patrols, reports, alarms, attachments) are deleted automatically after 12 months by default. Your organization can delete them sooner.
  • Data that must be kept by law may remain stored only for as long as the law requires.
